Coordinating Services

From design to planning and execution, our full service planning package is built to take care of all aspects of your wedding.  We take your

vision of your perfect day and make it all come to life. You may participate as much or as little as you’d like, without the stress of having to manage all of the details!

 

Some of our responsibilities include:

Pre-wedding Services

• Create an overall design board based off of your desired wedding theme or motif

• Research, attend meetings, negotiate contracts, and communicate with vendors

• Maintain overall budget

• Create an extensive timeline of all pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception events and details

• Prepare ceremony and reception diagrams

• Facilitate and coordinate wedding rehearsal

• Collect all personal items and final payments for vendors

 

Wedding Day Services

• Facilitate all set up and breakdown responsibilities of all hired vendors

• Ensure that all services agreed upon with vendors are provided and delivered

• Responsible for set up of any decor or personal items collected (if any)

• Responsible for full execution of timeline for the day, working closely with emcee/DJ or band to ensure timeline is followed.

• Pack up all bride & groom specialty items and load into assigned vehicles

• Will perform a “check out” with the venue to ensure everything is properly closed out prior to departure

This package comes with your Planner, Coordinator and 2 on-site assistants (one for ceremony and one for reception). A Bridal Assistant may also be requested. Should additional labor be required from our team, we will inform you in advance.

 

Investment

 

The Full Service Planning Package cost is 10% of your entire budget, with a minimum of $8500.  

 

*The percentage is based off of our time and investment to creating your special day! It is also based off of the locations of your ceremony and reception, guest count, and complexity of your event.
